(2) The user's location has weak signal (which can be seen from the phone's signal strength indicator) or the user's location is densely populated (such as subway stations, high-speed rail stations, airports, pedestrian streets, and other areas with high pedestrian traffic);
(3) To use the 5G network, three conditions must be met: 5G signal coverage in the area, the 5G switch on the phone must be turned on, and the phone must support 5G. All three conditions must be met simultaneously to activate the 5G network;
(4) The user's daily data usage has exceeded the speed limit threshold, resulting in speed throttling. Please check your current data usage in the Talk2all APP or contact customer service.
