The Talk2all Party Branch was established in September 2025. Since its inception, it has actively organized and participated in a series of diverse and substantive Party building activities.

• On November 26, 2025, at the invitation of the Changtang Community Party Branch, the Party Branch jointly carried out a themed Party Day activity. All Party members gathered in the community meeting room to listen to a special theoretical lecture and then went to the High-tech Zone Anti-corruption Education Base for on-site learning, further strengthening their ideological defenses and enhancing their awareness of integrity.

• On November 27, 2025, the Party branch selected representatives to participate in a three-day demonstration training course for newly appointed Party branch secretaries in emerging fields, organized by the Social Work Department of the Xiangtan Municipal Party Committee, to systematically learn Party building theories and improve their ability to perform their duties.
